How long do custom builds take?
Most projects take 7–14 days, depending on complexity and our current workload. We’ll give you an exact timeline when confirming your order.
Can I make changes to my design mid-build?
Design changes are allowed within 24 hours after confirmation. Once work starts, changes are not possible since materials will have been prepared.
Can I visit the workshop during the build?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to stop by, see progress, or request photo updates from our team.

What can I 3D print at Minforge?

PLA and ABS — depending on your project’s durability and finish requirements.

Orders & Payments
How much deposit is required to start a build?
A 75% deposit is required before we begin. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash payments at our workshop.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Custom orders are non-refundable once work begins. Ready-made items can be returned within 2 days under specific conditions.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver outside Nyeri?
Yes, we ship across Kenya through your preferred delivery agent.
Who pays for delivery?
Delivery costs are handled directly by the client, but we ensure items reach the courier safely and securely wrapped.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, you can pick up your furniture directly from our workshop.
